Collaborative provision: Academic partnerships

Æß²ÊÖ±²¥’s (Æß²ÊÖ±²¥) key values include a commitment to work in the wider community, to promote widening participation, and to be a truly international university. The university's collaborative activity is therefore an important strand of its operation. Æß²ÊÖ±²¥ has a strong network of partnerships both in the UK and overseas, most of which have developed over a long period of time.

Collaborative partnership approval and management encompasses: 

  •  Collaborative partnership approval 
  • Collaborative partnership monitoring and review 
  • Collaborative partnership modifications and changes 
  • Collaborative partnership suspension, closure and teach-out arrangements 

The Guide to Managing Collaborative Provision seeks to guide decision-making within the university with respect to collaborative partnership approval, monitoring and review, modifications and changes, and suspension, closure and teach-out arrangements. 

 

The guide applies to all provision within the university’s collaborative partnership portfolio, including both UK and overseas (Transnational Education) collaborative partnerships.  

Academic Quality Services (AQS) are responsible for the development and maintenance of the Guide to Managing Collaborative Provision.
